Refund Policy

We will consider a refund on products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Bougie within 3 days of delivery. Once the request is confirmed, we will arrange a reverse pick-up of the product. Please keep all the original packaging and broken products.

A refund is processed within 24 hours after the returned item has passed internal quality checks. The refund amount should reflect in your bank account within 12-15 business days of receipt of the product. All charges will be borne by Bougie in case of a refund of a damaged product.

If a customer has not accepted a shipment upon delivery, customer will be liable to pay delivery charges and a part refund excluding delivery charges will be refunded to customer in 3-5 business days.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect billing address or incorrect contact details, customer will be liable to pay delivery charges and a part refund excluding delivery charges will be refunded to customer in 3-5 business days.
In case of any discrepancies faced with the delivery of the order, the customer is required to notify Bougie within 24 hours of the incident for us to review the same. No assistance will be provided after this time period.  
No refund is offered on used items or items purchased using a discount code.

I want to cancel an order, what can be done for me?

You can cancel your order at any time and are eligible for 100 % refund of product cost. If your shipment has already been dispatched you will be liable to pay delivery charges. Delivery charges will not be refunded.

 

Please note: Used products are not eligible for refund/return due to the nature of the product.
