1. When will my order be shipped?
We usually dispatch your products within 72 hours of order confirmation.
2. What is the stipulated delivery time for an order?
You can expect your order to be delivered within 5-7 business days, depending on your location. However, there could be shipment delays because of the national lockdown in light of COVID-19.
3. Will I have to pay an additional fee for delivery?
We provide free shipping on all orders above INR 1499.
4. Can I get express shipping?
Due to the national lockdown, all our orders are currently being dispatched using express shipping, at no added cost.
5. How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, a shipment email is sent to you along with a tracking number. You will be able to track the status of your order on the website of our courier partner through the tracking code sent to you by email.
