Refund policy

We will consider a refund on products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Bougie within 3 days of delivery. Once the request is confirmed, we will arrange a reverse pick-up of the product. Please keep all the original packaging and broken products. A refund is processed within 24 hours after the returned item has passed internal quality checks. The refund amount should reflect in your bank account within 12-15 business days of receipt of the product. All charges will be borne by Bougie in case of a refund of a damaged product.
No refund is offered on shipments that are not accepted by the customer. 
In case of any discrepancies faced with the delivery of the order, the customer is required to notify Bougie within 24 hours of the incident for us to review the same. No assistance will be provided after this time period.  
No refund is offered on used items or items purchased using a discount code.

I want to cancel an order, what can be done for me?

We are happy to cancel your return within 3 days of placing the order. Please note, if the order has been dispatched before 3 days, we will not be able to cancel it. In such a scenario you will not be eligible for a cancellation and refund.
