1. Are your products vegan?

-> Yes. All Bougie products do not contain any animal-derived ingredients.

 

2. Do you test on animals?

-> No, Bougie does not conducted animal tests for any of its products.

 

3. Are your candles safe?

-> Yes, our candles are clean and non-toxic. They are made from 100% soy wax, cotton wicks and fragrances which are a blend of essential oils and safe-synthetic fragrance oils. The candles are free from petroleum, lead, coal and phthalate.

 

4. Do your products contain sulphates and parabens?

-> No. Our products are formulated using gentle ingredients which are mostly of plant-based or safe-synthetic origin.

 

5. Do you offer samples?

-> Our Bougie Mini Selection is perfect for testing our best selling products before purchasing a larger size.

 

6. Are your products listed on other platforms?

-> No, all our products are exclusively sold on bougie.in.

 

7. Do you ship internationally?

-> No, unfortunately we do not ship internationally.

 

8. Do you do private labeling?

-> No.

 

9. Do you take bulk orders for weddings/events/corporate gifting?

-> Yes we do and we offer discounts on bulk purchases for every occasion. Please get in touch with us at team@bougie.in with your requirements, and we'll get back to you in 1-2 business days.

 

10. Do you offer brand collaborations or co-branding solutions?

-> No.

 

11. What forms of payment do you take?

-> We accept all major credit cards and UPI/wallets.

 

12. An item in my order was damaged in transit! What do I do?

-> We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Please reach out to us at support@bougie.in with your order number, full name and an image of the damaged item and we’ll help you out at the earliest! In general, an item may be eligible for return within 3 days from the date of product delivery if it fulfills any of the following conditions:

Sold in a physically damaged condition.

Has missing parts or accessories.

Please note: Used products are not eligible for refund/return due to the nature of the product.

 

13. Can I exchange a product?

-> Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer exchange.

 

14. My order is incomplete, an item is missing from my package!

-> Sometimes, the products in your order may be split into multiple fulfillments. Please kindly check your inbox for any additional tracking information. If you cannot find any additional tracking information in your inbox, please reach out to us at support@bougie.in. You are required to provide an unboxing video upon receipt of your package as proof of a 'Missing Item' claim. The video is required by Bougie and the concerned courier partner to resolve any such claims.
